Delivery Details 

 

Biscuits, Sweets and Treats are delivered by Courier. This is £4.00. 

Cakes and Cupcakes have a shorter shelf-life and so any order containing cakes or cupcakes will be despatched using a Next Day Delivery service by Courier. This is £8.34. 

 

 

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses 

 

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using an online postcode finder tool. 

 

 

Collection 

 

Collection can be arranged. We are based in NG23, near Collingham. This is strictly by appointment only.  

 

 

General Information 

 

All orders will be very carefully packed to ensure there is no damage in transit. 

 

All orders will be freshly baked and dispatch in approximately 5 days, at busy periods we reserve the right to extend the dispatch period. 

 

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes 

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays of goods in transit howsoever caused. If an order is late please wait 7 working days from getting the dispatch confirmation then you should e-mail or phone us to instigate an inquiry. 

 

Please note you may be carded if the courier is unable to leave the item or get a signature. You are responsible for collecting from the depot or to re-arrange the delivery of your goods. Please do this as soon as possible as our products are fresh and need to be stored in the right conditions so your dog can receive them at their best. 

 

A single order that contains more than one gift box, cannot be sent to multiple addresses. 

 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail or courier companies and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
