Ordering FAQ
How do I place an order?
You can shop online here. If you would like to discuss a bespoke cake or something you cannot see online, please contact us and we will happily see what we can do to help.
If an item is in stock in your online shop, then does that mean it is baked and ready to be sent out?
Not necessarily. All our baked goods are made to order. However, at busy periods we do sometimes make the sweets and chocolates in advance as they have a long shelf life, so these may be able to be despatched quicker.
How much notice do you need when placing an order?
As much as possible! Ideally, we like orders a few weeks in advance to allow us to ensure we can plan our baking schedule. However, if you have left an order late, don’t worry, we will try and accommodate last minute orders where we can.
I have not specified a date, when will my order arrive?
Please be prepared to allow up to a week for fresh baked goods (plus delivery time). It doesn’t usually take us that long, but as everything is made to order it will take a little longer, but we think fresh baked goods are worth the wait.
How do I order in advance?
Order online as normal and enter preferred date required in the comments box. We will aim to despatch the item one or two days before to arrive when required.
How much do you charge for a bespoke order?
All custom-made cakes are priced individually. The final price will vary depending upon the complexity of the design, the type of icing required and the size.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Bramble’s Bakes is not open to the public and so collection needs to be arranged in advance. Please contact us to discuss this before placing your order.
Can you order in advance?
Absolutely. In fact, this is encouraged!
